Wake Forest ARTS finishes up 100 under $100 this weekend at ARTS 206 in downtown Wake Forest.
Many of the works of art have been sold, but a variety of paintings, sculpture and jewelry made by local artists remain available for purchase for less than $100 each.
Among the artists exhibiting are painter Susan Espin, print artist Judy Jones, jewelry-makers Ginger Sykes and Ginger Meek Allen, photography Sol Levine and potter Jean McCamy — just to name a few. Some artists have their work displayed in other events throughout the town, but Wake Forest ARRTS also welcomed newcomers to the Wake Forest art scene through 100 under $100. All of the featured designers are from Wake Forest and the surrounding area.
The event takes place in the upstairs loft at 206 S. White St and is displayed in a professional gallery setting. Hours are noon to 7 p.m. Friday; noon until 5 p.m. Saturday; and noon until 4 p.m. Sunday.
